Homework Pakistan is looking for experienced full-time Graphic Design Team Lead to join our team. We need an extremely creative designer who is able to think fast and implement new ideas quickly and efficiently, who has experienced to managing the team.
- The candidate must be fully acquainted with designing skills & other designing tools.
- Responsible for leading and guiding the graphic designers in the team
- Designing branding, marketing/advertising and promotional material including logos, brochures, postcards, newsletters, magazines, banners, flyers, web graphics, responsive web layouts
- An all-round experience in graphic designing is necessary.
- Providing constant direction to designers to ensure a consistent and high creative standard
- Ensuring that designers are equipped with the right skills also by sharing own knowledge and experience
- Empowering other designers to take responsibility and actions by setting fair and defined levels
- While concentrating on the leading role, also taking part in the daily design tasks, enjoying working as a designer
- Forcing improvement initiatives as a value creator, continuously striving for efficiency and effectiveness and therefore reviewing processes and procedures on a regular basis
- Thinking creatively to produce new & innovative design ideas
- Monitoring of visual consistency, maintaining and improving style guides and other design documents
- Work as a team-player
Requirements:
- At least 3 to 5 year experience as Graphic Designer Team Leader
- Knowledge of Photoshop, illustrator, graphic design
- A curious, passionate and self-motivated team player
- The ability to clearly communicate ideas with great attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, on several projects simultaneously
