Mechanical Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop team for mechanical repairs and services.
Accurately diagnose customer complaints and translate them into job cards for workshop technicians.
Explain recommended services to customers and actively promote dealership service packages and maintenance offers.
Manage daily service appointments, job card opening/closing, and follow-ups.
Ensure timely and professional handling of customer queries and concerns to maximize customer satisfaction.
Track and monitor service work progress, coordinate with workshop foreman and technicians to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of services rendered, parts used, and customer feedback.
Assist in achieving monthly service targets through effective upselling and customer retention.
Ensure compliance with dealership quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Mechanical Service Advisor in a recognized 3S dealership.
Strong technical background in automotive systems and mechanical repairs.
Ability to use basic computer software for job card entry, appointment scheduling, and service tracking.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Must be sales-oriented with the ability to upsell services confidently.
Highly organized, dependable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Strong team player with a commitment to long-term career growth.
