- Computations of taxable income, income/sales tax liability and advance income tax.
- Preparation of monthly/annual withholding tax statements, annual returns of income, monthly sales tax returns and wealth statements for onward submission to tax department.
- Calculate annual income tax liabilities as per income tax ordinance 2001, taking into account relevant tax deductions and credits.
- Prepare records in presentable manner for submission to tax authorities in disposal of audit proceedings and other ancillary matters.
- Reconcile direct tax payments with Company's books of accounts
- Collaborate with payables team in deduction of income tax from payment to vendors.
- Perform monthly e-filing of withholding income tax statements.
- Prepare draft annual income tax returns.
- Represent Company in annual audit proceedings
