Job Description

Customer support person required for a reputable e-commerce brand since 2016 which works in the domain of fashion apparel , sneakers and accessories.

Office timings: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM 

Holiday: Fridays will be off instead of Sundays.

Details : 

  • To handle customers' phone calls, messages, emails, day to day order confirmations, and guiding the customers in purchasing of products.
  • Channels where a person needs to provide customer support 
  • CALLS / SMS / Email 
  • Whatsapp
  • Facebook / Instagram
  • Snapchat 

Qualification:

  • Fluent in English
  • Can read/write English well.  

Experience: 

Prior experience of 6 months to 1 year will be preferred else training will be provided. 

Salary : 

Market competitive salaries will be decided according to the skill set and experience of the person.
