• Tracking of incoming shipments.
• Coordinate with bank for LC retirement and LC documents collection.
• Coordination with clearing agent on shipment clearance from customs. Providing necessary documents as required by clearing agent.
• Expediting inspection of shipment received.
• Execute & Supervise customs clearance process at port.
• Transport arrangement for shipment from port to factory site.
• Ensure timely clearance of shipment from port till factory site and container returns to shipping line in order to minimize demurrage and detention costs.
• Coordinate shipments’ status with all end users (factory supply chain, technical stores, senior management etc.).
• Coordination with suppliers and staff to arrange documentation.
• Knowledge of IGM filing
