• Speak with the concerned departments to understand their new employee requirements and assist in fulfilling those requirements.
  • Write Job Descriptions & Job Specifications for all new roles within the company.
  • Conduct initial pre-screening phone calls with all candidates.
  • Facilitate in organizing and conducting interviews, tests and other assessments of candidates.
  • Post New Job Postings on different portals. (i.e. Rozee.pk, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Learn the company culture & company policies to make better recruiting decisions.
  • Aid in creating viable policies for the company.
  • Building the HR department & hiring the right people to put in the right places within the company.
  • Cross-check & verify candidate qualifications & references.
  • Arrange management interviews by coordinating the schedules for management & new applicants.
  • Maintain and update employee records and human resource information systems.
