Responsible for handling front office reception and administrative duties, including greeting guests and directing them to the respective executive.
Answering phone calls (internal and external) in an efficient manner using the best telephone techniques. Effectively communicate and should have excellent communication skills.
If there is an incoming call for an employee who is busy, then writing call back notes & reminding the employee to call back.
Must be able to sensibly handle company inquiries and route them accordingly.
Screening incoming phone calls.
Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mails efficiently.
Arranging couriers to send outgoing mail.
Maintain the aesthetics of the front office area in good condition, neat and clean at all times and if any maintenance activity is required, should be able to liaison with the admin staff for timely rectification.
