Horizon Technologies is looking for a reliable Assistant Project Manager Construction to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technicians and the construction team to determine the specifications of the project.
  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
  • Knowledge of Gas Station Construction, Remodeling, and familiarity with  quality and health and safety standards.
  • With subcontractors, engineers, architects, and key team members of the project team.
  • Ability to multitask with a strong understanding of core manager duties.
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
  • Collaborate with warehouse personnel to acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
  • Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
  • Manages day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple construction projects.
  • Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process from hiring contractors to working with engineers, architects, and vendors.
  • Fluency in Speaking English is a must

Requirements

Proven experience as construction project manager.

In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management. principles.

Knowledge of Gas Station Construction, Remodeling, and familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with construction/ project management software.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A team player with leadership abilities.
  • PMP certification, primavera will be an advantage.
  • Fluency in Speaking English is a must 

Note:

This is a third shift night job and the timing of this job will be from 6:00 PM till 3:00 AM (Mon to Fri)
