Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Position Type: Full-time

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical data analysis, reporting, and insights to support business decisions and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in SQL and Excel, experience with data visualization tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Data Engineering team to design, validate, and deliver reports to meet stakeholder requirements across the organization.
  • Work with finance, operations, marketing, clinical teams, and engineering teams to create new reports or make updates to existing reports as required.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to management and leadership.
  • Generate reports and dashboards, interpreting data, trends, and patterns through detailed data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain import and export database queries as necessary.
  • Continuously improve reporting implementation and adapt to changing technologies.
  • Provide timely responses and solutions on issues that arise day-to-day for automated reporting processes.
  • Create powerful insights/storytelling that inform and drive business decisions.
  • Develop automated solutions for data management and report generation using SQL and Excel.
  • Other data analysis and reporting-related tasks as required.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent required.
  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in data and analysis to drive business insights and decisions in commercial and/or business operations.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Business Intelligence reporting tools including Power BI and Tableau.
  • Experience in Data Visualization software.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on translating data insights into key decisions and actions that will lead to positive impacts on performance and patient experience.
  • Independent, thorough, possessing good judgment and self-starter attitude.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and team player capabilities.
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Some level of competency in project management to ensure sustainability.
