We will be looking for a team of individuals who are detail-oriented and friendly and who like talking with customers on the phone.

  • The goal of the position will be to be the first call for anyone who needs help and give the necessary help that they are looking for.
  • You will have a CRM where you can have access to all the information on the customer's account that anyone inside the company may have and your job is to give updates to the customers when they call in for help and assistance.
  • You will also be working directly with someone in the United States as an administrator who can take all the escalated issues at first and assist in resolving the problem
  • You will add them on the call whenever you need their assistance and you can listen to how they solve the problem to learn how you could better solve it in the future.

We will have a booklet of general information where you can get the basic knowledge on solar and questions and when a customer has a problem the goal is to give this call center all the tools necessary to solve every problem that could come up on their own. We know that may take some time but we are confident with the right training and oversight this will be a fulfilling job where you can take a customer with a number of questions or problems and turn them into a happy calm customer.

Job Requirement:

  • Good English - a little accent is okay but ideally, they are comfortable with English and can articulate in English on the phone
  • Past call center, sales, or customer care experience so they are used to talking to a customer and not needing to run every word off a script.
