The desired candidate must be responsible for greeting clients.

  • You will be responsible for contacting employees regarding clients’ queries, answering phones, taking messages, and delivering them to the relevant employee.
  • To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Announcing clients as necessary.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary to the relevant person in the company.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Taking messages from the clients & deliver them to the management.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • A candidate who has working experience working as a receptionist in the US market is a plus.

Receptionist Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken English
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Experience working with US-based clients is compulsory.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.


  • This is a third shift night job the timing of this job will be from 6 PM till 3 AM (Monday to Friday)
