International Recruiter

Horizon Technologies is searching a Recruiter / Talent Sourcer for their offshore office in Karachi. This role will be backed by an experienced recruiting team that actively seeks talent for our client. To be successful in this capacity, you should have a strong background in US recruiting and a full understanding of the whole recruitment process.

Finally, you will be responsible for making strategic decisions for our organization in order to acquire, develop, and retain talented people.

Job description:

Recruiting/Sourcing: find possible individuals using various strategies and technologies.
Develop and sustain long-term, meaningful connections with both candidates and hiring managers
Conduct interviews with both the client organization and the candidates to fully understand their needs, goals, and culture.
Understand your specific market in order to become an expert in finding talent across sectors.
You will be in charge of managing the recruiting database and coordinating efficient recruitment strategies/campaigns.
Candidates are led from the interview stage through the offer/acceptance stage.

Job Requirements:

2 to 5 years of experience in the US recruiting and staffing business
.Experience searching for jobs on job boards such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and others is desired.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to keep correct records/reports
A professional who is aggressive, results-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
