Horizon Technologies is looking for an aspiring Performance Marketing Specialist, to help us with planning and implementing innovative Paid Advertising campaigns to grow the user base, traffic, and engagement for US-based groups of companies on their Websites, Amazon, Walmart, and eBay stores.
Scope of work:
- Creating & optimizing campaigns across the digital landscape including Facebook, Google (Search, Display), YouTube, LinkedIn, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other platforms.
- Coordination with the creative department for artworks and content.
- Development and management of monthly and quarterly budgets.
- Performing A/B testing & ROI optimization through multiple artworks.
- Exploring other digital channels & new media (blog networks, native advertising)
- Collaborating with the content team & providing data insights.
- Constant monitory, testing, and campaign optimization.
- Setting up and optimizing Google Analytics goals and tracking/conversion pixels
- Extensive reporting & data analysis based on metrics that matter.
- Weekly and monthly reporting of all campaigns on all platforms to plan future strategies.
Requirements
Deep understanding and love for paid advertising and eCommerce.
- At least 2 years experience in performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and/or other tracking software.
- Experience with affiliate marketing, remarketing/retargeting campaigns, and display advertising.
Note:
This is a third shift night job the timing of the job will be from 6 pm till 3 am (Mon to Fri).
