This is a 7pm to 4am night shift job!
We are looking for full time BPO executives with Medical Billing experience. Those with experience in the Health care industry will be preferred.
- Minimum 1 year medical billing experience.
- Good English Witten and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminologies suh as IDC10, HCPC, CPT ETC.
- Good understanding of insurance procedures and guidelines.
- Make calls & follow up on pending claims by calling insurance companies.
- Ability to communicate and talk to insurance companies and agents.
- Be able to follow up on AR and do QC on AR reports.
- Benifits / Eligibility, medical coding and basic demographic verification.
- Work on VOB cases with relevant insurance companies.
- Work on denied EOB (explanations of Benefits).
- Further on job training and guidance will be provided.
