Telemarketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive female staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, be comfortable with making cold calls, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce them to our products or services
Generate fresh leads on daily basis
Answer incoming calls and provide information to customers
Identify and qualify potential customers
Meet sales targets and objectives
Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database
Develop and maintain relationships with customers
Provide exceptional customer service
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new strategies and campaigns
Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasive and able to handle objections
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in basic computer skills
Fluency in English and any additional language would be a plus
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Note: Uncapped Commission on sales.
