We are seeking an individual to perform administrative duties and support our business on the Etsy platform. As our Etsy virtual assistant, you will be responsible for product research on the hottest-selling item that we also provide in the areas of embroidery, vinyl printing, sublimation, and other items to be added.
Responsibilities
- Research and organize data.
- Build and manage Etsy Shop.
- Have an understanding of Etsy SEO. Upload product listing.
- Create product categories. Consult with the team.
- Below are the qualifications.
- Expected of a virtual assistant: Ability to manage a calendar and schedule appointments
- Knowledge of marketing, advertising, and public relations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills Familiarity with Etsy platforms
- Proficiency with cloud-based platforms such as Zoom, Whatsapp, and other remote team messaging apps
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment High-speed internet connection
- Communicate with web team to ensure that our Etsy products are available on elliott graphix as well.
