Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
