Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a number of calls in a timely manner.
  • Identifying customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue & providing solutions or alternatives.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Requirements
  • Previous experience on Mortgage / Reverse Mortgage / Personal Injury Claims could be an asset.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
