- Prepare purchase order related to all parties and warehouse and forward to concern.
- Prepare Stock transfer order to all branches.
- Take control of inventory levels and plan inventory of Distributor products
- Review of Prepared Claims by dealers and then Submit to Finance for settlement.
- Co-ordinate with transporters on freight issues.
- Forward all claims for leakage breakage from up-country dealers and Distributor and give follow up.
- Coordinate with Finance departments in outstation dealers south and north dealers regarding Payments conformation.
- Provide inventory Status reports for the department and submit to director on daily basis.
- Provide information regarding dispatches to up-country dealers on phone.
- Managing stock transfers among distributors in case of product shortage.
- Follow up for pending products with Distributor manufacturing
- Follow up up-Country dealers Purchase certificate.
- Yearly / Quarterly Incentive schemes follow up by Distirbutor / dealers
- Monthly Distributors schemes forwarded to all up-country dealers / all concern persons
- Monthly order preparation after long discussion with directors and concern persons
Other / Follow-up
- Order dispatch to different parties after valuation.
- Daily stock follow up from Distributors
- Payments follow up to up-country dealers.
