- Analyze and Prepare All Documentation for Principle Meeting & Queries Such As Sales Opportunity List, Sale Forecast, Sales Activity, monthly Sale Summary with its varying trends for review by director.
- Analyze and Prepare Forecast for Future stock requirement and its expected consumption, based on the previous trends.
- Create Import order based on it.
- Create and maintain record for Placement machines, sales prices and identify any problematic price.
- Compile Opportunities for the business growth based on the data provided by regional Sales managers.
- Analyze And Prepare Sales Target VS Achievement Summary for Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Basis as per requirement of Director.
- Supporting the Marketing Manager and Team in Events, Conferences & Marketing Activities.
- Analyze And Prepare different summaries for internal and external presentation.
- Analyze the details of Customer with continuous Payment issues and delays on weekly basis.
- Prepare detailed report of Sale Team based on their targets achievements and performance.
- Internal Audit of ISTAT & TEG and other Consumable stock.
- Reports for data visualization on BI.
- Maintaining and updating of all SOPs as per ISO.
- Updating and following up on task list of all individuals and Leads tracking.
- Follow up of Earnest money and overdue payments and their early recovery.
