- Manages the financial bookkeeping and keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Record payments and track expenses and cross-check them
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable function and maintain appropriate records
- Entering financial information and maintaining all financial records
- Maintain Bank Balance information Maintain Petty Cash records
- Maintain Cash Journal records
- Maintain Cash Book data entry Ensure all ledger are accurate and up-to-date Cheque processing
- Cash Voucher posting
- Bank Dealing Excellent in Microsoft Excel Reconcile bank statement
- Ensure company financial accounts, such as credit cards or bills, are paid on time Handle payments, file maintenance, legal cases and petty cash recording.
- Manage cash handling, daily bank reconciliation and vendor dealing.
- Any other senior level task assigned by HOD
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and relationship skills.
- Strong demonstrable writing and computer skills.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative.
