General Manager

The ideal candidate is a man of good character, seasoned and highly intelligent hotel professional with outstanding, management skills and extensive hands-on experience with a clear track record. One who is honest and has the capability to work under the guidance of Managing Directors.

EDUCATION:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in hotel management or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

At least 5 years experience in the hospitality industry.

Specific Tasks

The General manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel.
Day-to-day staff management and guests
Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments
Work Very closely with the hotel owners and other stake holders
Responsible for meeting overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent Guest experience
