We are family run real estate business and we are looking accountant who can perform the following duties:-
· Bank reconciliation
· Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
· Raising purchase and sales invoices and posting to ledger.
· Accurately and promptly processing documentation.
· Ensuring that all expense claims are collated and paid on time.
· Accounts receivable and Accounts payable ledger reconciliation.
· Reconciliation of bank statements, Cashbook, and credit card and online travel reconciliation.
· Credit control, chasing overdue payments.
· Compiling the rent collection statement and generating revenue reports.
· Prepare the sale report and front list of Hotel.
· Assisting in preparation of weekly and monthly Accounts.
· Completing and submitting quarterly VAT returns.
· Trial balance, prepare profit and loss account & balance sheet
· Prepare management account
