We are a UK based Travel Company (IATA, ATOL protected) currently operating in Lahore, having head office in London. Candidates with previous experience of air ticketing, reservation system and call center will be given preference. Candidates have to arrange all international travel via phone. Potencial candidates will have to make hotel and flight bookings via phone and emails.Candidate have to convert inquiry into sale.Sky is the limit.Candidates will get monthly bonuses on achieving the target.
• At least 1 year of experience in the same capacity.
• Responding to inbound sales inquiries over the phone and / or email
• Exceptional communication skills which must lead to customer satisfaction and subsequently a high conversion percentage
• The candidate MUST be driven and motivated and must be willing and able to achieve challenging sales targets.
• Must be familiar with multiple GDS such as Sabre and Galileo
• Multitasking skills
• Client Handling skills
