- The candidate should possess excellent communication skills (Oral & Written), be an active listener with a professional telephonic voice.
- He must be good in communication skills in order to provide quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customers on Company's live chat, calls & on social media
- Analyze & filter the customer information & forward the customer query to the relevant sales consultant
- Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients as needed
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize & manage time effectively
