KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

A.   Payroll

  • Prepare and process timely payroll of all employees every month in SAP.
  • Liaison with HR on regular basis on employee payroll or related matters.
  • To calculate and maintain record of all employee related liabilities like PF, RBF, EOBI, Social security, Bonus, Leave encashment, LFA, WPPF, Fuel, Utilities etc.
  • To co-ordinate with CFD for PF/RBF payments/receipts
  • Check the vendor invoices received from various departments and timely record the liability in SAP
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors through proper co-ordination with fellow team member(s).
  • Keep accounts accurate during employee changes and rollovers.
  • Keep detailed records for sales and withholding taxes and audits.
  • Compiling data for Sales Tax return of the business.
  • File Income Tax return for Tax with-held (on payments to vendors).
  • Book keeping and documents maintenance of relevant vouchers
  • To be part of team involved in periodic verifications like fixed assets, stock etc.
  • Responsible to handle petty cash matters and update records accordingly in SAP.

B.   Accounts

  • Preparing vendor payments, processing in SAP and dispatching to concern.
  • Ensure proper documentation of payment related matters
  • Prepare Bank reconciliations on weekly basis for Bank upload and clearing
  • Prepare daily financial report
  • Update Selling Prices of Finished Goods in SAP
  • Ensure proper tagging of Fixed Assets and verify physically to ensure no difference
  • Responsible for book keeping and reporting of insurance expense (Assets, Stock in hand etc.)
  • Prepare monthly expense reporting at cost centre level.
  • Costing of sub-contracting/ outsourced Finished goods in CB business segment.

C.   Other

  • Deposit of customer & other cheques in bank accounts
  • Involved in bi-annual stock count

D.   Tax:

  • Prepare and reconcile With Holding Tax on monthly basis
