Agriauto Industries Limited is looking for motivated and results-driven Independent Sales Agents to promote and sell high-quality steel waiting chairs to corporate clients and commercial spaces. Along with sales commission, this role also includes a fixed monthly pay of PKR 40,000/-, making it ideal for individuals who are self-motivated and excel in a target-oriented environment. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in sales, with a preference for those familiar with furniture or office equipment. The agent will focus on developing customer relationships, generating leads, and delivering customized sales presentations to a diverse client base including hospitals, offices, labs, clinics, banks, and public facilities. The role does not involve managing a team but requires excellent territory management and negotiation skills to grow the business independently.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales leads within assigned territories to expand the customer base.
- Approach potential clients such as hospitals, offices, laboratories, clinics, banks, and other public facilities to introduce and promote the steel waiting chairs.
- Deliver clear and persuasive sales pitches that highlight product features, benefits, and customized solutions tailored to client needs.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge to effectively answer client questions and address concerns.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including order processing and delivery departments, to ensure smooth transaction completion and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously track sales performance and market feedback to identify opportunities for business development and improvement.
- Manage sales territories efficiently to maximize coverage and business opportunities without team management responsibilities.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure profitable agreements while meeting customer expectations.
