Job Description

  1. Maintaining attendance registers for all employees i.e. Daily Wages, Contract, Permanent & Management Staff.
  2. Timely preparation and disbursements of salaries of contract, permanent and management staff
  3. Weekly preparation and disbursements of payments to the daily wages staff
  4. Timely preparation and disbursements of payment of leave encashment
  5. Timely preparation and disbursements of payment of CPLs on quarterly basis.
  6. Timely preparation and disbursements of arrears to staff.
  7. Maintaining leave record of permanent and management staff.
  8. To resolve the grievance of staff regarding transport, food or any other matter.
  9. Compliance with CBA agreement and ensuring the timely distribution of stuff, agreed with CBA.
