Job Description

  • Regularly visit customers in North region to generate orders.
  • Develop good relationship with customers and get market information.
  • Visit cement customers and dealers to ensure no problem occur with our product during whole value chain.
  • Close coordination with customers for recovery against invoices generated.
  • Analyze defects occurring and recommend solutions to management for improvement.
  • Prepare a report after each site visit and submit findings to Head of Sales.
  • Prepare frequent and analytical service reports on problems and complaints raised.
  • coordinate with technical team for timely addressal of complaints
