A renouned fast food chain based in Islamabad are seeking a detail-oriented, well-trained, and organized procurement officer to oversee purchases and develop new contracts. The candidate will play a key role in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies and will follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of inventory and incoming purchases and supplies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Able to make technical and non- technical purchases for the company
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Able to generate and process purchase orders for sites via software
- Able to coordinate with site staff for the analysis of procurement needs
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
- Create and maintain an inventory of all incoming and current supplies
- Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
Requirements and Qualifications
- Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
- Complete knowledge and understanding of procurement processes in post covid scenario.
- 02 year previous experience as a procurement officer or related position
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have knowledge about imported items n their substitute particular in fast food industry.
