Job Description:
HQ-360 is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Client outreach specialist to join our team, responsible for setting up client appointments over the phone and ensuring seamless communication between potential clients and our sales representatives. This is a remote position, requiring a proactive individual who excels in time management and can work effectively with data to maximize scheduling efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential clients through various outreach strategies to generate new business leads.
- Maintain and update client information regularly in the Zoho CRM system to ensure accuracy and availability for the sales team.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts and support business goals.
- Manage and prioritize outreach tasks effectively to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Track communication history and create detailed reports on client interactions and progress.
- Use analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Adapt communication style according to client demographics and preferences to maximize engagement.
- Address client inquiries and provide timely support to build trust and confidence in HQ-360's services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to remain informed about industry developments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all client interactions.
- Work independently during night shifts while maintaining high productivity and professionalism.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and stay updated on product knowledge.
