- Execute the recruitment, promotion and termination related matters for Company Staff
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintain regular updating of data entries into the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) (when applicable)
- Management of Personal Files of all employees.
- Announcement of holidays and discipline and other routine matters.
- Implementation of Company Policies & Procedures and ensure compliance by office Staff.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counselling employees.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational webinars; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
- Other day to day tasks as required by the management
