MRT Consultants, a well-established consultancy firm in Pakistan specializing in international tours, Hajj & Umrah services, and study visa consultancy, is looking to hire a confident and articulate female Customer Support & HR Officer. This full-time role, based in Islamabad, offers an excellent opportunity to work in a professional setting within the travel and visa consultancy industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing telephonic and walk-in client inquiries, and supporting fundamental HR functions, contributing to the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and office visitors with courtesy and efficiency.
- Provide accurate guidance to clients regarding Hajj, Umrah, tour packages, and study visa options.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records, ensuring timely follow-ups to enhance client satisfaction.
- Manage HR-related duties including scheduling interviews, coordinating with staff, and tracking attendance.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and support daily office operations to ensure a well-organized work environment.
- Build and sustain positive client relationships by demonstrating patience, confidence, and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement is Intermediate or a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Tourism, or English.
- Strong communication skills in both Urdu and English are essential for effective client interaction.
- A confident and approachable personality with excellent customer handling capabilities.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and email management.
