We are seeking a well-presented and organized HR Assistant + Receptionist to join our team at a factory located in Korangi Creek Industrial Area, Karachi. This role is a blend of front-desk responsibilities and administrative HR support, playing a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations. The successful candidate will manage visitor interactions, handle communications, and assist with various HR functions within the factory setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and candidates in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate employee attendance records and personal files.
- Assist with recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and managing HR documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate HR-related tasks and communication.
- Handle courier services, maintain visitor logs, and manage office supplies inventory.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, administration, or reception roles; experience in a factory environment is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and visitors.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
This is a full-time, on-site position based at the Korangi Creek Industrial Area. The monthly salary range is Rs45,000 to Rs50,000. Candidates must be able to commute to the factory location; those unable to travel should not apply.
