HR Construction is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee road construction projects across various locations in Sindh. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing daily site operations, ensuring labor productivity, coordinating machinery and material logistics, and maintaining thorough records and reports. This position demands field presence, strong organizational skills, and excellent coordination with multiple teams and the Site Incharge to deliver projects on schedule and to quality standards. The Site Supervisor will oversee a team of 20 persons, ensuring discipline, proper resource utilization, and adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate holds an intermediate qualification or a diploma in civil engineering and has solid experience in road construction, civil works, earthworks, and asphalt projects. The role requires hands-on labor and site supervision capabilities, basic literacy and numeracy, and proficiency in mobile communications and reporting tools such as WhatsApp. Punctuality, honesty, and responsibility are essential traits as the Site Supervisor must be adaptable to varying site conditions and company locations within Sindh. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site activities following site plans and instructions from the Site Incharge.
  • Monitor labor productivity and manage team performance to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate the use and maintenance of machinery, vehicles, and other site equipment.
  • Verify material deliveries, usage, and requirements to maintain stock accuracy and avoid shortages or wastage.
  • Maintain daily attendance records and other essential site documentation accurately.
  • Assist the Site Incharge in planning daily work schedules and allocating resources effectively.
  • Track machinery, material, and manpower needs and communicate these requirements promptly for smooth site operations.
  • Report daily progress, including any delays or issues encountered, to the Site Incharge for timely resolution.
  • Enforce discipline among labor and machinery operators to ensure safety and productivity standards are met.
  • Support measurement, inspection, and site verification activities as needed to uphold project quality.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with the Head Office and site teams to coordinate logistics and project updates.
  • Promote a safe working environment and adherence to company policies at all times.
  • Supervise a team of 20 persons, providing leadership, motivation, and guidance to meet project goals efficiently.
