We are looking to hire HR Coordinator who must be enthusiast to learn and work in Human resources. Job role will revolve around:

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
  • Assist with the recruitment process
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Support other assigned functions.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous HR experience of 1 year (Fresh can also apply)
  • High level of writing and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills
