HR Director

SourceCode Academy, a multidisciplinary learning ecosystem based in Lahore, is looking for a Director of Human Resources to join their team full-time and on-site. Reporting directly to the CEO/Managing Director, this leadership role is crucial in shaping and executing HR strategies that attract and retain top talent, develop internal leadership, and build a motivated, accountable workforce aligned with the company’s vision. The Director will oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives across all departments, ensuring a positive and inclusive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Lead recruitment efforts, manage onboarding processes, and design succession plans to maintain talent continuity.
- Establish and maintain performance management systems, including goal-setting, appraisals, and employee development programs.
- Foster employee engagement and cultivate a high-performance culture while managing conflict resolution effectively.
- Oversee payroll administration, attendance tracking, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain HR dashboards, conduct data analytics, and prepare quarterly reports for senior management review.
- Provide coaching to managers and create leadership development pathways to nurture future leaders within the organization.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Development; an MBA with a focus on HR is preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in human resources, including at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic HR planning, analytics, policy formulation, and people management.
- Strong communication skills coupled with proven leadership capabilities.
