Key Responsibilities
Manage daily HR operations encompassing the entire employee lifecycle, including HR systems administration, payroll processing, performance management, and benefits administration. Maintain complete accuracy in employee records and HRIS data, ensuring onboarding and exit procedures are executed within established timelines.
Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and internal policies by timely submission of statutory contributions such as EOBI and social security, alongside regular updates to company policies. Optimize the use of HR technology platforms to enhance employee adoption of self-service portals and automate manual HR tasks, targeting an annual reduction of 20–30% in manual efforts.
Oversee the smooth execution of performance review cycles, guaranteeing 100% completion of appraisals and timely goal-setting, while maintaining high satisfaction levels among managers. Administer compensation and benefits accurately and promptly, resolving employee queries within 48 hours and ensuring precision in claims processing.
Provide responsive HR support to employees, aiming for a satisfaction rate exceeding 90% and reducing HR-related grievances by at least 20% each year. Drive continuous process improvements by implementing a minimum of two enhancements annually and delivering timely HR analytics reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in HR operations with a comprehensive understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements. Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, demonstrating the ability to manage digital HR platforms and automate processes effectively.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in employee data management and payroll processing. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to support employee relations and performance management effectively.
Capability to analyze HR data and generate insightful reports that inform management decisions and contribute to strategic planning.
