· Actively involved in all the major functions of Human Resources Management such as Recruitment & Selection, Orienting new employees, maintaining HRMS, Organization Development, and Compensation Management other HR Operational and Oracle EBS Implementation.
· Maintaining databank and ensuring resumes and profile of recruits are available as and when required.
· Scheduling & Planning for Interviews, Setup interviews of short listed candidates and participate in interviews or screening of candidates.
· Email to all concerned (Admin, IT, and HR) department regarding new hire joining date for optimum facilitation.
· Complete documentation after finalization and complete the hiring process. Issuance of Letters (Appointment, Promotion, Experience & Transfer, Salary, Offer Letter).
· To maintain employee Personal Files and formation of Personal File Checklist and database.
· Employees verification from their last organization and maintain its record.
· Confirmation Process (Confirmation Appraisals).
· Resignation process and Records keeping.
· Performance Appraisals.
· To make JD’s of different positions.
· Facilitation of the annual increment process.
· Payroll of H/O Staff
· Maintenance of Employees Personal/Loan/Insurance Files
· To maintain Leave for Permanent Employees.
· Employees Turn over Report Monthly Basis
· Making & maintain organograms/ hierarchy department wise
· To generate different types of comparatively reports (Salary, Benefits, Qualification, Experiences).
· Assist the Organization Development to Implement System wide change.
· Any other task assigned by HOD /Management.
