As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day human resources functions within the organization. Your responsibilities will span recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records accurately within HR management systems.
- Support payroll processing and monitor attendance to ensure accuracy.
- Handle employee queries and grievances with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Organize training programs, team-building activities, and initiatives to boost employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations at all times.
- Support the performance management process, including coordinating reviews and appraisals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in HR functions.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and labor law compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software platforms such as Zoho People or BambooHR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate integrity, and act professionally in all situations.
