As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day human resources functions within the organization. Your responsibilities will span recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the company’s ongoing growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records accurately within HR management systems.
- Support payroll processing and monitor attendance to ensure accuracy.
- Handle employee queries and grievances with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Organize training programs, team-building activities, and initiatives to boost employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations at all times.
- Support the performance management process, including coordinating reviews and appraisals.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in HR functions.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and labor law compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software platforms such as Zoho People or BambooHR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate integrity, and act professionally in all situations.
