We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a background in business administration with a focus on human resources and will play a vital role in supporting recruitment and various HR operations. This position requires working on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000. The successful candidate will contribute to streamlining hiring processes and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings on multiple recruitment platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidate suitability for open positions.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires transition smoothly into the organization.
- Manage and complete all necessary recruitment and onboarding paperwork in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update employee files to ensure accurate and current records.
- Support training arrangements to help new and existing employees develop essential skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, team members, and management.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
