Create HR alignment with the business in order to add value and help produce better business results.
Responsible to lead Recruitment function covering the full recruitment cycle from manpower budgeting and planning to advertising, sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing, offer preparing, negotiation for all positions, restructuring, layoffs/termination, employee retention, succession planning and developing leadership pipeline.
Maintaining HRIS record for all the recruitment activities.
Handling employee complaints and grievances also establishing policies and procedures.
Managing monthly payroll process.
Managing and designing employee’s compensation and benefits package as per the standard industry trends.
Maintaining employees training record, also liaison and coordinate with different institutes to arrange training programs for the employees as per the training calendar and development plans.
Attendance system management (leave records and leave encashment process)
Maintaining and updating employees record in HRIS.
Budgeting, arranging and executing employee engagement activities plan.
