The HR Generalist role is based in Faisalabad or Lahore, with weekly travel required if the candidate is located in Lahore. This position operates in a hybrid or on-site work environment. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive HR support to both professional and associate-level employees. They will play a key role in implementing HR initiatives that promote company values and foster an inclusive culture through various employee engagement activities. The HR Generalist will also focus on employee wellbeing and assist throughout the employee lifecycle, including performance management and headcount management. This position reports directly to the Director of HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end HR support for professionals and associate-level staff.
- Implement HR initiatives aligned with company values to strengthen an inclusive workplace culture.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities to boost morale and foster teamwork.
- Support employee wellbeing programs and initiatives.
- Manage various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Assist in headcount planning and management to ensure workforce alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with leadership to address employee relations and resolve HR-related issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
