Touchstone Communications is offering an exciting internship opportunity for motivated individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in human resources within a dynamic BPO environment. The HR Intern will be based at our Islamabad and Bahria locations, working from 3 PM to 12 AM. This role provides practical exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, supported by a monthly stipend of PKR 25,000. It is well-suited for candidates currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR or related fields who are eager to develop their professional skills and grow within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in various stages of the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews. Support onboarding activities and training sessions to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Participate in employee engagement initiatives aimed at fostering a positive work environment. Maintain accurate HR records and attendance logs, and prepare relevant reports as needed. Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department to help maintain efficient daily operations.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should be currently enrolled in or have recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective interaction with candidates and team members. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting.
