Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment documentation.
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates for various roles.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with prospective employees, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
- Manage job postings by creating, updating, and removing advertisements on job boards, company career pages, and social media platforms.
- Review and distribute company policies in both digital and printed formats to ensure employee awareness and compliance.
- Assist in organizing company events and career days, contributing to event planning and coordination.
- Prepare and send offer letters and rejection communications to candidates in a timely manner.
- Coordinate new hire orientations to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration into the company.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, with a preference for candidates holding a BBA in HR.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Well-mannered, highly organized, and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
