We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR & Recruitment Manager to lead all aspects of hiring, employee management, and HR operations at our Islamabad office. The successful candidate will have a strong background in recruiting senior-level professionals, developing effective HR strategies, and managing company policies, payroll, and employee records. This role is critical in attracting and retaining top talent, fostering employee motivation, and ensuring a compliant and performance-oriented workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all roles, with a particular focus on senior and management positions. Develop and execute targeted hiring strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Source and shortlist applicants through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and social media channels. Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess experience, communication skills, and cultural fit before presenting to management. Coordinate interview schedules while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing hiring needs. Use structured assessments to evaluate candidates and provide informed recommendations. Monitor recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and quality-of-hire to improve processes continuously.

HR Management & Recordkeeping: Maintain detailed and organized HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, terminations, increment letters, payroll records, bonuses, attendance, tax filings, and employee benefits. Ensure compliance with Pakistani labor laws and tax regulations. Oversee payroll and related accounting tasks in the absence of a dedicated finance team. Handle sensitive employee data and confidential documents with professionalism. Prepare and update Excel-based HR reports for management review.

Policy & Performance Management: Develop and implement HR policies and strategies that enhance employee motivation, productivity, and retention. Assist in establishing and enforcing performance evaluation systems, KPIs, and annual review processes. Initiate and support activities aimed at improving employee engagement and aligning individual performance with company goals. Collaborate with management to maintain a positive, compliant workplace culture.

HR Tools & Administrative Support: Utilize and manage HR software platforms such as PayPeople, Hubstaff, Deel, or similar tools. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace for documentation and reporting. Maintain financial records related to HR, including invoices, reimbursements, and expense tracking. Take initiative in addressing administrative and HR challenges by proposing practical solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting senior and management-level candidates.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, Pakistani labor laws, and income tax regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and familiarity with HR management software.
- Highly responsible, proactive, and adaptable to changing organizational needs.

This is a full-time, office-based role located in Islamabad (I-10), with working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM. Candidates must be prepared to work on-site and have hands-on experience in senior-level recruitment. During the selection process, applicants will be asked about their industry experience, salary expectations, and availability to work within the specified schedule.
