Looking after the HR Operations of the assigned project

  • Ensure timely processing and transfer of salaries
  • Maintaining coordination with external stakeholders including Govt institutes e.g. EOBI and Social Security
  • Hiring and recruitment for assigned projects using different recruitment channels.
  • Maintaining and keeping employee records up to date.
  • Conducting orientation session for newly hired employees
  • Working closely with senior management for formulating and updating policies as per the growing needs of the organization
  • To ensure the right implementation of policies
  • Introducing the activities for employer branding in coordination with the marketing and media team
  • Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

Education:

  • BBA/ MBA

Experience Requirements:

  • Must have at least 7 years’ or more relevant experience with the “Construction industry” will be preferred.
