This full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager position is based in Lahore and involves overseeing the daily functions of the HR department. The role focuses on managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development initiatives. The HR Manager will ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, handle compensation and benefits administration, and work to create a positive and productive work environment that supports the organization’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead talent acquisition efforts by identifying and recruiting suitable candidates for various positions including Sales Staff, Business Development Managers, Assistant Store Manager, and Operations Manager. This includes staying informed about current retail market trends related to salaries and benefits to improve employee retention. Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies covering attendance, grooming standards, benefits, loyalty programs, penalties, and overall control measures. Plan and execute employee training and development programs to encourage continuous learning and professional growth. Drive employee engagement activities aimed at maintaining a motivated and committed workforce. Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and incentive programs, regularly monitoring and controlling these metrics to ensure ongoing improvement. Align KPIs with the company’s broader growth strategy to support business objectives effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management is essential. Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements is required to ensure adherence to legal standards. Skilled in designing and managing training and development initiatives as well as compensation and benefits programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently are important. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Compensation and Work Environment:
This position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs80,000. It requires full-time, on-site presence in Lahore, allowing for direct interaction with team members and active participation in organizational activities.
