  • Ability to design and develop strategic initiatives based on a continuous improvement model
  • To conduct gap analysis in order to suggest working conditions improvement plan
  • Provide quality, value added advisory services in HRD
  • Conducting internal audit of HR processes, procedures and practices
  • Well versed with HR functions & updates
  • Propose new ideas to maintain human capital
  • Employer Branding
  • Coordination with University placement offices & entertaining Industrial visits
  • Responsible for initial Final Interview & On Boarding orientation of employees
  • Supervision of HR Operations matters
  • Identifying the necessary improvements in HRIS
  • Supervision of Health and Life Insurance Claims
