We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who has in-depth knowledge of end-to-end HR solutions, international markets, and has a proven track record of recruiting the best fit candidates for the organization. The ideal candidate will also possess strong business grabbing skills and be able to develop new business ideas. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local laws and regulations as well as international HR best practices.
  • Lead the recruitment process and ensure that the organization attracts and hires the best fit candidates for each position.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including recruitment agencies, universities, and other potential sources of talent.
  • Ensure that all employees receive the necessary training and development opportunities to support their career growth and the organization's success.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR team.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain top talent, including compensation and benefits programs that are competitive in the market.
  • Manage employee relations issues and ensure that all employee complaints are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Oversee performance management processes and ensure that all employees receive timely and constructive feedback on their performance.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the organization's presence in international markets and grow the business.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and identify opportunities to improve the organization's HR practices and overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on end-to-end solutions, international markets, and business development.
  • Proven track record of recruiting and retaining top talent in a competitive market.
  • Strong business grabbing skills and the ability to develop new business ideas.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and local laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of HR professionals.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities to improve HR practices and overall performance.
